Terms of Service

Vonfab is a service operated by UNITY4EVER - UNIPESSOAL LDA, a private limited company registered in Portugal (NIPC 518179109), with registered office at Rua da Alvarinha 541C, 1 DT, 4510-490 Fânzeres, Portugal, acting through its director Tiago Daniel da Costa Ferreira. Contact: info@vonfab.ai.

These Terms govern your use of Vonfab and the products we provide. By subscribing to or using our service, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Vonfab (“we”, “us”) provides software that monitors public data sources and delivers curated email digests. Contact: info@vonfab.ai.

2. The service

Vonfab products are “watch & act” tools: we monitor public feeds (for example public-sector tenders or job postings), filter them to your profile, and email you a digest of the relevant results. Products are monthly subscriptions, some with a free trial.

3. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information, and keep your subscription details up to date.

4. Payments, billing & renewals

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record, subject to Paddle’s buyer terms. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Where a free trial is offered, you are not charged during it; it becomes a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends. Prices are shown at checkout.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period. See our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service unlawfully, to resell it without permission, to abuse or overload it, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it.

7. Content & accuracy

Digests are compiled from public data sources with the help of artificial intelligence and are for information only. They are not professional, legal, financial or bidding advice. We do not guarantee that every relevant item is captured, nor the accuracy of third-party source data. Always verify items at the original source before acting.

8. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Vonfab software and content. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the service during your subscription.

9. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss arising from reliance on a digest. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are breached.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes are shown by the “last updated” date and, where appropriate, notified by email.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal and applicable European Union law. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence still apply.
