This policy explains what personal data Vonfab collects, why, and your rights under the GDPR and applicable law.

2. Data we collect
- Contact data — your email address, to deliver digests and manage your subscription.
- Subscription & usage data — the products you subscribe to and your filtering profile.
- Payment data — handled by our payment provider (Paddle). We never see or store your full card details.
3. Why we use it (legal bases)
- To provide the service and send digests — performance of our contract.
- To process payments and prevent fraud — contract and legitimate interests.
- To comply with legal, accounting and tax obligations — legal obligation.
- Optional product emails — only with your consent, which you can withdraw anytime.
4. Who we share it with
- Paddle.com Market Ltd — payments and Merchant of Record (billing, tax, refunds).
- Brevo (Sendinblue) — email delivery.
- Cloudflare — hosting, security and content delivery.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside your country, under appropriate safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Retention
We keep your data while you have an active subscription and afterwards only as required by law, then delete or anonymise it.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent — email info@vonfab.ai. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority (in Portugal, the CNPD).
8. Cookies
Our website uses only what is necessary to function and to detect your language/region; no advertising trackers. The checkout is operated by Paddle under its own privacy notice.

We may update this policy; the “last updated” date shows the latest version.
